The Technical Instructor/Assessor isresponsible for delivery of Technical Training to students within the BAESystems Technical Institute in Doha, Qatar. TheTechnical Instructor/Assessor will deliver a range of training modules, acrossthe Aerospace Mechanical Specialty trade boundary. TheTechnical Instructor/Assessor will assess learner performance, in accordancewith the assessment strategy in force for the modules. Assessment of learners may take place fromwithin or outside of their trade boundary, to allow for independence. The successful delivery of the modules willcontribute toward the learner's attainment of externally accreditedqualifications. ​ The TechnicalInstructor/Assessor will actively contribute to the continuing improvement ofthe QTI, through identification of ideas and embracing the suggestions ofothers. Core Activity Theroles will deliver Aerospace Mechanical Specialty technical training to QAF studentswithin the TI, both in the classroom and the workshops. Theroles will utilize both presentation media and training devices and assets todeliver training and the instructor must be proficient in all methods. Theroles will conduct assessment of the learners, either through practical or knowledge -basedtesting, in accordance with the assessment strategy in place Key AccountabilitiesResponsiblefor the delivery of the basic and specialty engineering programmes within theTI ensuring training is delivered to plan and quality.Establishand maintain effective links with local QEAF Cadet Welfare teams to ensure theirsupport is forthcoming to cadet welfare and discipline issues.Maintainand develop a customer focused approach that delivers customer satisfaction.Ensureall SHE requirements are met in the training environment.Ensurecompliance with statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements.
