Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Section Business Development Manager and be responsible for contributing to the achievement of sales targets and overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Management and full coordination with the sales team

· Preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders; performing sales activities in all major accounts, recommending solutions.

· Acting as a focal person between Sales, Pre-Sales, Procurement, and the Project team.

· To provide commercial support to the sales team and assist the Business Development Manager with commercial planning, contractual issues, project planning, systems compliance, supply chain management, financial management, and project communication.

· Participating in Tender evaluation, preparing pre-qualification documents and material submittals.

Skills and Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.

· With at least 3 years of professional experience and technical knowledge in the same field, preferably in Qatar

· Must be dynamic, creative and independent

· With excellent analytical, presentation, communication and negotiation skills

· Service driven and professional

· Able to work under pressure with a flexible schedule

· Effective team player
