Manpower Coordinator (Sales)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: QAR 4,000 – 5,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Manpower Coordinator (Sales) to join our growing team and support manpower supply operations across Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local labor market, excellent client relationship skills, and proven experience in manpower logistics and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new manpower supply opportunities
  • Build and maintain client relationships to meet project-specific workforce needs
  • Negotiate and secure manpower contracts aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic input for manpower planning and budgeting
  • Oversee end-to-end workforce logistics, including:

Gate pass coordination

Mobilization and demobilization planning

Managing worker-related issues and requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Qatar's manpower supply sector (sales background)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, visa processes, and mobilization procedures
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship
