We Are Hiring Senior Service Engineer – MEWP to join our company in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of MEWPs, including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hydraulic, mechanical and electrical system faults.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to junior technicians on the floor.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams and engineering drawings to guide repairs.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Liaise with customers professionally, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, or Senior Service Engineer specifically with Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs).
  • Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with major equipment brands such as Haulotte, JLG, Genie, Komatsu, Palazzani and Bobcat.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field) is required.

Required Skills:

- Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities for complex machinery.

- Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Effective communication and reporting skills in English.

- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to provide guidance and technical advice to team members.

- A valid Qatar Driving License is highly preferred.
