Position Summary

Master Systems is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Accountant to join their finance team in Sharjah Office. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements within a supportive and collaborative environment. Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, SAP).
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Support audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Perform general administrative tasks within the finance department as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience; freshers who have maintained good academic performance are welcome
  • Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and applicable financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
