A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
  • Manage room attendants, public area attendants, and linen operations
  • Conduct room inspections to ensure brand and quality standards are met
  • Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies
  • Address guest needs and respond promptly to service requests

What we need from you

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel
  • Strong communication and team-leading skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of housekeeping systems and inventory control
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules
