Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketer based in Doha, Qatar, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and managing leads. Key responsibilities also include promoting services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of interactions to assist in sales reporting and strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge and experience in appointment scheduling and lead management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Proven skills in sales and promoting services
  • Proficiency in relevant customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Adaptability to work both in-office and remotely as required
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
