Position Overview:

We are looking for a female Chocolate Assistant Chef with passion for chocolate and confectionery to join our team.

She will assist the head chef in daily production, preparation, and learn the art of handmade chocolate.

This is a great opportunity for those who wish to grow their skills in a creative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and producing various chocolate products (truffles, bars, etc.).
  • Help with melting, molding, and decorating chocolates.
  • Organize and clean the workstation and tools before and after production.
  • Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Learn and apply basic chocolate-making techniques.
  • Assist in packing and daily order preparations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of chocolate and confectionery.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage (but not required).
  • Female candidates are preferred.

Salary: QAR 1,500 – QAR 2,000 per month (based on experience).

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (2 years).

Visa provided for candidates applying from outside Qatar.

Work Location: Qatar
