As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Specialist – Industrial to support our growing industrial property portfolio across Qatar.

Role Overview

The Commercial Property Specialist – Industrial will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and closing industrial real estate opportunities, including warehouses, logistics facilities, storage units, workshops, labor accommodations, industrial land, and manufacturing spaces. The role requires strong fieldwork capability, deep understanding of the industrial market, and the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source industrial properties suitable for leasing or sale
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, facility owners, contractors, and industrial clients
  • Conduct site inspections and collect accurate documentation for listing onboarding
  • Advise clients on suitable industrial properties based on operational needs, zoning, load capacity, and location
  • Negotiate lease terms, offer structures, and commercial agreements in line with Qatar real estate regulations
  • Stay updated on industrial market trends, warehouse rental benchmarks, logistics demand patterns, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage inquiries, arrange property tours, and follow up with prospective tenants or buyers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure listings are marketed effectively and activated on time
  • Prepare weekly activity reports including new leads, site visits, landlord meetings, and market insights
  • Achieve monthly leasing and sales targets within the industrial segment

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Qatar's industrial and logistics real estate market
  • Experience in industrial leasing, logistics, commercial brokerage, or related fields (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Confident, presentable, and able to work independently in a field-driven role
  • Ability to understand industrial requirements such as ceiling height, power load, zoning, accessibility, and truck maneuvering needs
  • Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up and activity levels
