  • Ensure compliance with Qatari labor laws, social security contributions (e.g., Qatari Social Insurance), and tax regulations.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support HR initiatives related to compliance, performance management, and staff engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Qatar labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR and payroll experience in Qatar, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in payroll and HR software .
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
