Role Description

This is a part-time ( 2 months) on-site role for an Inventory Operations Manager based in Doha, Qatar. The Inventory Operations Manager will oversee, manage, and optimize all aspects of inventory operations, ensuring that stock management processes align with company goals. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, developing and implementing inventory strategies, coordinating with suppliers, supervising inventory teams, and managing reports or audits. The role involves analyzing inventory data to make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, and proficiency with Inventory Control Systems
  • Data Analysis, Reporting, and Organizational skills
  • Strong communication, Leadership, and Team Management abilities
  • Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Proficiency in inventory-related software and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in inventory or operational management, preferably in a similar industry
