Reports to: Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Inventory Coordinator / Storekeeper is responsible for managing and controlling all inventory

and stock movements within the company. This includes receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and recording

materials, ingredients, and packaging items while ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to

hygiene and safety standards. The role supports the finance and operations teams by maintaining updated stock

records, monitoring usage trends, and minimizing losses through effective stock management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and organized according to category, expiry date, and

temperature requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records using manual logs and inventory management systems.
  • Issue materials to production and outlets as per approved requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) and reconcile physical inventory with system

records.

  • Report stock variances, damages, or expired items to management and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in storage areas, including dry, chilled, and frozen

zones.

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards in all storage and handling

procedures.

  • Support audit and inspection processes by providing required documentation and stock data.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing inventory reports and consumption analysis for management review.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and storage efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Finance, Procurement, and Production teams to streamline material flow.
  • Maintain records of equipment and tools assigned to staff within the store.
  • Ensure confidentiality of inventory and supplier-related information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2, QAR3,000.00 per month
