- Lead compensation and benefits planning to attract and retain talent, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Develop and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a workplace that values different perspectives and backgrounds.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights on organizational structure, culture, and employee needs.
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) to bring relevant insights and best practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse workforce needs.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements to navigate legal landscapes effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role within a medium to large organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage change and influence organizational culture positively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members for success.
