Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring seamless support and a world-class experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, is highly adaptable, and enjoys solving problems creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
- Resolve user inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback systems.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
- Adapt to the fast paced startup environment and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in tech or app-based services.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus specifically urdu/hindi.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer first mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience in a startup or high growth tech company.
- Familiarity with AI powered platforms or mobile apps.
