TheChief of Growth & Transformation will be responsible for drivingorganizational performance through effective planning, process optimization,and operational efficiency.Thisrole partners with senior leadership to align resources, streamline workflows,and implement best practices that support the organization's long -term goals andoperational excellence. Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of enterprise -widetransformation strategies that enhance organizational agility and performance.Drive strategic initiatives that align with long -term growthobjectives, operational excellence, and stakeholder expectations.Partner with executive leadership to optimize organizationalstructure, governance, and resource allocation.Identify inefficiencies across departments and implementstreamlined processes, tools, and technologies. Oversee change management programs to ensure seamlessadoption of new initiatives across the business.Design and manage transformation KPIs to track progress andensure accountability at all levels.Facilitate cross -functional collaboration and ensurealignment between business units on transformation priorities.Lead the integration of digital solutions and automation toimprove service delivery and decision -making.Support strategy execution by aligning performancemanagement frameworks and incentives. RequirementsRequirements/Skills:Proven track record in leadingenterprise transformation, strategic planning, and operational optimization ata senior level.Minimum of 12–15 years ofexperience in corporate strategy, consulting, operations, or transformationleadership roles.Strong knowledge of businessperformance frameworks, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma),and change management.Experience in large -scaleorganizational change within the defense, government, or technology sectors isa plus.Ability to influence andcollaborate with executive stakeholders and drive cross -functional alignment.Excellent leadership, analytical,and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Business,Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
