We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Position Overview:

The Senior Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for the holding and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll procedures, labor laws, and extensive hands-on experience working with SAP payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multiple entities within the holding.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and system entries in SAP.

  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and financial summaries.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.

  • Handle end-of-service calculations, leave balances, and statutory benefits.

  • Participate in payroll audits and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of payroll experience, preferably within a large or multi-entity organization.

  • Mandatory SAP payroll experience (SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ERP).

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and employment law.

  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR7, QAR8,000.00 per month
