Senior HR Officer

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days / Hours : Sat to Thu 8-5 with 1 hour break

Job Summary: A dynamic HR Officer to support various human resource functions including recruitment, employees payroll and benefits, employee affairs, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle employees payroll and benefits in compliance with HR policies and procedures

· Maintain employee records and update HR systems

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Minimum 5 years of HR experience

· Familiarity with HR software and systems, preferably ERP

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Bilingual: English/ Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
