Job Overview:

ROTA International is seeking a dedicated Retail Coordinator to join our team at a leading theme park in Doha. The ideal candidate will oversee daily retail operations, support the sales team, and ensure a smooth and engaging guest experience across all retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily retail activities across assigned locations
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and ensure timely replenishment
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue and performance targets
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product displays
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for order processing and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
  • Provide on-the-ground support during busy operational hours and special events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or coordination (preferably in hospitality, theme parks, or entertainment)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Currently based in Qatar or with valid QID
