Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Doha, Qatar. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and manage team members, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing company policies, analyzing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management, and supporting strategic decisions. Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills, including workflow planning and task prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers professionally.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges and ensure smooth operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assess performance metrics and provide insights.
  • Relevant prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English, and proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
