We are seeking a proactive, dedicated, and experienced Assistant Operation Manager – Soft Services to support the daily operations of our facility management services. The ideal candidate will assist in managing soft services operations, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily soft services operations, including housekeeping, janitorial, pest control, landscaping, and waste management.
  • Supervise soft services staff, ensuring proper allocation of duties and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with SLA, KPI, and HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients regularly to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and assist with performance analysis.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning.
  • Support tender documentation, budgeting, and resource planning when required.
  • Train and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of materials, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in soft services or facility management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of FM industry standards, SLA/KPI management, and HSE compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
