Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for Aftersales positions within the Mannai Trading Automotive Group. Responsibilities may include delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring efficient vehicle repairs, coordinating service operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. The role requires working closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and quality aftersales services, while supporting business objectives and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in automotive maintenance, repair processes, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Coordination and Operations: Proficiency in managing service operations, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with workshop teams.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams and provide detailed customer interactions.
  • Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications in automotive technology or aftersales service (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in an aftersales or service management role within the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and adapt to dynamic demands.
