Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Centre Agent located in Doha, Qatar. The Call Centre Agent will handle incoming customer calls, provide support and information about products and services, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, inputting data into computer systems, and working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative and proficiency in Customer Support
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction focus and excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Computer Literacy and ability to navigate customer support software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi And Telugu is a plus and ( Indian Languages)
  • Fluency In Arabic and English ( Arabic)
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is beneficial
