Role Description

The Kids Club Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Doha. The manager will oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising daily activities, implementing engaging programs, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining communication with parents. The role requires leadership in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere while managing resources efficiently and ensuring high-quality experiences for the children and their families.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills to oversee daily operations and staff coordination
  • Experience in program development, event planning, and activity coordination for children
  • Knowledge of child safety regulations and ability to maintain a secure and engaging environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff
  • Relevant certifications in childcare or education are highly preferred
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a childcare, hospitality, or recreational facility is an advantage
