Understanding of airless spray painting techniques, tools, and equipment.
Knowledge of paint types (epoxy, polyurethane, zinc-rich primers) and mixing ratios.
Familiarity with surface preparation methods and paint application standards (e.g., SSPC, NACE).
Ability to measure and achieve required DFT using gauges and inspection tools.
Safe handling and disposal of chemicals, solvents, and hazardous materials.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on spray equipment.
Reading and interpreting job specifications, technical datasheets, and safety documentation
