A discerning private family in Doha has opened a search for a UK & European-trained private physician for a long-term post framed as private estate medical lead. The role calls for dependable medical authority backed by a clear head in every situation. At the start of every European season, the post goes where they go, so care stays steady through every move. The employment relationship is with the family in a direct agreement, after we have introduced and verified you. Requirements Candidates need a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) within a UK or European system. The family expects 2+ years of unsupervised clinical experience so that you manage a routine confidently. We shortlist only practitioners with UK or European training and registration, as the basis of every appointment. Confident spoken and written English together with written NDA acceptance are essential to this appointment. Composure, sound judgement and respect for family confidentiality are expected. You need to be able to travel internationally when the family's plans change. Benefits

Salary:
£218,000 a year gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Free accommodation provided by the family. Medical insurance covered. Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover. Annual leave is paid and written into your contract with the family. The family appoints you personally, and we remain available for questions about the process. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
