The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and administrative systems that support the company's business objectives. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, training, office administration, and government relations to ensure smooth operations across construction sites and real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources ManagementRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate manpower planning with project and department managers.
- Maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and support positions. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment and healthy employee relations.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives. Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and development plans.
- Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating employees. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Ensure timely processing of employee settlements, leave balances, and end-of-service benefits. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Organise technical, safety, compliance, and leadership training programmes.
- Develop succession planning and career development initiatives. Administration ManagementGeneral Administration
- Manage office administration and facility operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of company offices, accommodations, and site facilities.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
- Manage company assets, records, and document control systems. Government Relations & Compliance
- Liaise with government authorities regarding labour, immigration, municipality, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licences, permits, visas, and company registrations.
- Maintain compliance with local labour regulations and industry requirements. Fleet & Accommodation Management
- Supervise company vehicle allocation, maintenance, and utilisation.
- Oversee staff accommodation and camp management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare standards. Policies & Procedures
- Develop, review, and update HR and administrative policies.
- Implement best practices and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management. Construction & Real Estate Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower mobilisation and demobilisation for project sites.
- Support project teams with workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with construction labour requirements and site regulations.
- Maintain records of project staffing, subcontractor personnel, and site attendance.
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and welfare facilities for site employees.
- Support the company's expansion and project mobilisation requirements. Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month Work
