An opportunity as Cloud Solution Project Coordinator awaits the successful candidate.

The Cloud Solution Project Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and successful delivery of cloud-based projects. The role will be working together with the Program Manager overseeing cloud-based projects.

As a valued member of a Mega project delivery team which lead the delivery and implementation of projects to B2B customers in Qatar, you can work independently, or as a member of the team, in a multi-cultural, agile and fast-paced environment consistently achieving tangible business outcomes.

Your professional expertise is underpinned by robust technical proficiency across various IT domains, with a notable emphasis on Cloud services (Microsoft, Google) and proven track record of building complex solutions.

In this role, you will be assisting to orchestrate multiple aspects of project delivery, including communication, project planning, and monitoring the progress of deliverables.

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with multiple workstream project managers to develop detailed project plan, including milestones and dependencies.

· Discuss and challenge project delivery schedules balancing customer requirements and internal development plans.

· Support to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plan to minimize project delays.

· Facilitate clear and efficient communication among team members to ensure everyone is informed of project status, changes, risks, and issues.

· Support to regularly track and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to keep stakeholders informed and address any deviations from the project plan.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

· Assist to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in cloud computing and IT project management.

· Support to prepare regular status reports, project documentation, and presentations to keep management and stakeholders informed about project progress and outcomes.

· Assist to carry out post Implementation Reviews recording lessons learnt and driving continuous improvement.

· Work with technical teams to resolve any business or technical impediments affecting project delivery.

· Support to evaluate compatibility, dependencies, and potential performance improvements for components and applications suitable for migration to cloud.

· Assist to oversee the actual migration of applications, data, and services, following best practices and minimizing downtime.

· Support to tackle technical issues with the pertinent technical team and determine the process and approach for their resolution.

· Assist to engage with stakeholders in design review sessions and technical workshops for architectural designs and guarantee the selection of suitable cloud services and technologies.

· Support to evaluate migration approaches to ensure that dependencies and potential risks are thoroughly documented and considered.

Minimum Experience and Essential Knowledge:

· Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience within the IT sector.

· Proven track record of successfully managing large complex customer facing projects.

· Strong understanding of IT technology, networking, and cloud solutions.

· Proven skills in Azure and GCP migrations, encompassing 7R migration strategies.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Prince II or similar project management certifications.

· Proven ability to excel under pressure within a dynamic and demanding environment.

· Verified track record in the management of third-party suppliers.

· Adept at maintaining structure and organization, with strong time-management skills, with proven track record on delivering results.

· Excellent oral and written English is a must.

· Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Education:

· Min. Bachelor degree in IT/Telecom, Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Certifications:

· Project Management Professional (PMP)

· Azure Certification is required.

· Google certification is a plus.
