JobDescription/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managingand overseeing the daily business operations of theCompany
  • Keeping the CEO apprised ofsignificant events;
  • Collaboratingwith the CEO and consulting with them on importantdecisions;
  • Creating businessinitiatives, operation strategies, and policies often related tominimizing expenses;
  • Communicatingbusiness strategy and policy to employees and delegatingprojects;
  • Executing the companysbusiness plans;
  • Fostering employeealignment with the business model and corporategoals.
  • Developing and implementingpolicies for daily operations and communicating these policychanges to departmentsupervisors.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimumacademic qualification of a Bachelors or masters degree in businessmanagement, administration, ormanagement
  • Leadership experienceboth within a companys industry and working in the corporate worldin general
  • Prior experience in theCOO role or in similar roles
  • Anunderstanding of finance, marketing, and IT infrastructure;competency and skills in strategic planning, business development,organization, leadership, fundraising, public speaking,interpersonal communication, andproblem-solving.
  • Organizational,administrative, and leadership skills.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Decision-making and delegation.
  • Reporting to the CEO on dailyoperations.
  • Critical thinking andmultitasking.
