Job Title:
Administrative and HR Staff for Events Management Company

Responsibilities:

Administrative Staff:

  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and clients as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are wellstocked and operational.

HR Staff:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, including timekeeping and attendance.
  • Handle employee relations and address any concerns or conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative or HR roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands in a fastpaced events industry.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Knowledge of events management or related industry is a plus but not required.

Salary:
QAR4, QAR5,000.00 per month
