As our Head Chef, you are not just a culinary expert but a storyteller, an artisan of flavors. You understand that every dish has a story, every ingredient a heritage. Your role is to weave.

Responsibilities:

Educational and Professional Background:

  • Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 510 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Sous Chef).
  • Experience in farmtotable, organic, and sustainable culinary practices.

Culinary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in organic, local, and sustainable food practices.
  • Proficient in slow cooking techniques and artisanal food preparation.
  • Skilled in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation.
  • Knowledge of current culinary trends, especially in sustainable and healthconscious cooking.

Leadership and Management Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a kitchen team.
  • Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, food cost control, and kitchen operations efficiently.
