Job Summary: The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure the effective distribution of toys across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the toys sales distribution sector and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the toys sales distribution sector.
  • Previous experience in Qatar market is a plus (Any work experience in Qatar).
  • Must have previous experience in handling a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidate Must be in any GCC Country.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
