About the role


We are hiring a person who will be responsible for leading commercial marketing projects and campaigns such as new destinations or revenue generating projects and partnerships.

You will be responsible to ensure key integration of marketing campaigns across assigned regions.

Other operational duties would include:

  • Mange the team responsible for commercial marketing activities and campaigns with a particular focus on B2B and B2C segments
  • Build marketing strategy and budget for marketing unit being led
  • Seek new revenue generating opportunities
  • Revenue generation, support brand, tactical and commercial goals and KPIs
  • Execution of marketing plans and campaigns, delivery of global and regional campaigns related to assigned scope
  • Manage roll out of allocated campaigns on time, accurately and within budget, and ensure ROI is achieved
  • Post evaluation is conducted
  • Support the continual refinement of marketing plans to ensure the best results and successful execution across regions and segments assigned throughout the financial year versus Commercial Targets.
  • Work closely with other teams to maintain a comprehensive market / product and consumer knowledge, and ensure all communications are grounded in customer insight
  • Communication with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all respective marketing campaigns for assigned regions are fully integrated across the business. This includes wider global and regional marketing team, corporate communication, Ecommerce, Customer Experience and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Lead projects with IT, Finance and/or other departments to create workflows and automation of process.
  • Ensure deployment of set HO Commercial Marketing policies and strategies

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Commercial Marketing Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of leading commercial marketing projects and campaigns such as new destinations or revenue generating projects and partnerships
  • Experience in team management in one of the following fields: marketing, advertising, client service/account management or campaign management.
  • Excellent communication in English
