Your day-to-day:

  • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk.
  • Provide the guests information regarding the services of hotel, the type of rooms available.
  • Being able to perform all Front Office duties like checkin and checkout of guests, answering the phone according to etiquette, help guests with their inquiries, taking reservations and performing administrational tasks.
  • To handle the inquires and make reservations as per the instructions given by the guests.
  • Attend to guest complaints and resolve in the most satisfying and professional manner.
  • Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early checkins, special requests, and day use rooms.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 23 years in Reception or Guest Service experience in 5* hotel
  • Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
