Job PurposeSummary:The incumbent will be primarily responsible forconducting business over the telephone and utilize advanced contacttechnology to provide utmost customerservice.

Shareholder &Financial:- Achieve telemarketing objectives with the aim of contributing tovolume revenue and profittargets.
Customer (Internal &External):- Carry out telemarketing activities in accordance with quality andcustomer service standards.
- Ensure thatcustomers are provided with complete and accurate productinformation and thorough buying advice.
- Buildand maintain strong and effective relationship with all otherrelated units to achieve the Groups goals/objectives.
Internal (Processes ProductsRegulatory):- Acquiretraining to gain service and product knowledge on; accounts loanscards AlIslami branch working hours/locations; ATM locations be able to conscientiously carry out telemarketingduties.
- Protect the positive image of theGroup through professional phone interaction.
- Deal with all customer requests/ complaints in a professional wayto bring about a positive outcome.
- Followup oncustomer inquires not immediately resolved.
- Recognize document and alert the supervisor of trends in customercalls and recommend possible processimprovements.
- Diligently implement telesalesguidelines.
- Adhere to the Groups dataprotection policies/ procedures at alltimes
- Learning &Knowledge:
- Possess a good knowledge of the entire banking products providedthrough the customer care center and related risks together with aworking knowledge of front office operations andcontrol.
- Actively participate in staffmeetings for performance assessment and guidance and discuss andresolve concerns/ issues if any.
- Identifyrelated areas for professional development ofself.
