CustomerService:

  • Greet and welcome guests asthey enter the lounge.
  • Provide informationabout the lounge menu, drink options, and any promotions or specialevents.
  • Take orders and serve food andbeverages to guests in a friendly and efficientmanner.

MenuKnowledge:

  • Have a thoroughunderstanding of the lounge's menu, including food andbeverage options, to assist guests with theirselections.
  • Make recommendations based on guestpreferences and menu offerings.

OrderProcessing:

  • Input orders accuratelyinto the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Ensurethat orders are delivered promptly and accurately to theguests.

BeveragePreparation:

  • Prepare and serve avariety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholicdrinks.
  • Follow established recipes andpresentation standards.

Cleanlinessand Organization:

  • Maintain a clean andorganized work environment, including the bar area, tables, andseating.
  • Ensure that glasses, utensils, andother bar equipment are clean and properlysanitized.

Upselling andPromotion:

  • Promote special offers,happy hour deals, and promotions to encourage additionalsales.
  • Upsell premium menu items or recommendpairings with food selections.

CashHandling:

  • Handle cash and processpayments accurately.
  • Provide change andreceipts to guests, and process credit cardtransactions.

CustomerEngagement:

  • Engage with guests in afriendly and professional manner, creating a welcomingatmosphere.
  • Anticipate and respond to guestneeds, providing exceptional service throughout theirvisit.

Adherence toPolicies:

  • Follow the hotel'spolicies and procedures, including safety and hygienestandards.
  • Adhere to any legal regulationsrelated to the service ofalcohol.

TeamCollaboration:

  • Coordinate with kitchenstaff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smoothoperations.
  • Communicate effectively withcolleagues and other departments within thehotel.

EventSupport:

  • Assist in the organizationand execution of special events or functions in the loungearea.
  • Collaborate with the events team forsuccessful coordination.
