Responsibilities:

  • Generate new B2B leads
  • Acquire and retain business from new B2B accounts
  • Work closely with supervisor to understand the market dynamics and define and execute strategies to develop business on B2B clients
  • Be accountable for the execution of the sales plan, resulting in the increase in number of sales through those clients
  • Manage B2B accounts with professional finesse with regular touchpoints at appropriate frequency and ensure smooth, positive and longterm relationship
  • Prepare presentations and create training plan for the B2B Clients
  • Proactively study leads and referrals to qualify them into prospects and plan appropriately to contact theses prospects for potential sale
  • Prepare presentation, proposals, course outline, sales and trainers contracts; all type of paperworks as needed
  • Prepare and submit in timely manner a variety of status reports as needed including sales report, field activities (daily, weekly and monthly), proposal log and client accounts log, etc.,

Requirements:

  • Have experience in handling B2B accounts and outdoor sales
  • Strong prospecting skills and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (Speaking and Writing)
  • Knowledge with MS Office
  • Driver's license (preferred but not required)
