Location:
Doha - Qatar Job Purpose: Thepurpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facilitymanagement team to ensure the successful completion of clientfacility needs

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external)needs while building effective relationships.
  • Positivelyrespond to both our internal and external customers througheffective communication and personal accessibility.
  • Ensuring that sales invoices are raised in a correct and timelymanner.
  • Ensuring that Extra Works jobs are raised,billed and closed in a timely manner at the correct gross margin.
  • Raising purchase orders in line with companyrequirements.
  • Assisting the Contract Manager in themanagement of WIP and debt.
  • Understanding the contract,including scope and terms & conditions.
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance with Health& Safety requirements, including H&S reporting andpromoting a safe working environment.
  • Management ofhelpdesk and asset management systems
  • Maintaining onsite personnel records including training matrixes, holiday andsickness records and timesheets
  • Assist with monthlyClient reporting
  • Working with the Facilities manager tohelp improve the financial standards of the contract that aremeasured against monthly key performance indicators
  • Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changesand ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Issuing of FMAgreement to Suppliers and Cost negotiation of supplier cost andsavings
  • Sub-contractor performance review and Fullunderstanding of contract scope Education, Experience &Skills
  • Bachelors Degree / Graduate in Maths and Englishor equivalent
  • 3 years' experience in a similarrole.
  • Previous experience of a customer-facing roleusing operating systems
  • Some financial / accountingexperience would be an advantage
  • Must demonstrate astrong sense of customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal, andgood basic standard of written, communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and systematic.
  • Results/ task orientated,attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent timemanagement and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work aspart of a team, as well as independently
