Senior Sales Manager

As Senior Sales Manager,you will be responsible for working closely with the SeniorManagement Team to drive business needs and expand existingbusiness through promotional efforts and sales channels.
SeniorSales Manager will work to develop the sales group and groom ahigh-performing sales team.Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage hotel sales to ensure they accurately interpretand support the objectives of the business and use these plans tofocus the sales efforts for all market segments
- Workclosely with the Senior Management Team to identify and drivefocused activities on elements of the business that requireadditional support
- Contribute to the development ofcompany sales and marketing initiatives by recommending,implementing and monitoring appropriate local activity
- Organise comprehensive information describing the range of productsand services offered by the hotel and deliver this informationthrough relevant sales resources and sales channels to existing andpotential Guests
- Produce accurate and timely reportsthat meet the needs of the hotel and the management company
- Prepare and present, on a monthly basis, thecontribution, focus and activity of the proactive sales team to thehotel owners and senior management team
- Cooperate withother departments in the hotel, particularly Reservations and theBanqueting Department, to create an exceptional Guest experienceand build strong, comprehensive sales programs
- Preparecompany contracts for the hotel in accordance with current businessand pricing conditions
- Monitor offers, options anddiscounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses and seminarsin close cooperation with the Group Coordinator What are we lookingfor? A Senior Sales Manager serving Hilton brands is always workingon behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

- Experience in a similar role with a proven trackrecord It would be advantageous in this position for you todemonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of local market
- Knowledge of hospitality
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets andobjectives
- Degree-level qualification in a relevantfield would be advantageous
