Responsible for creating and implementing HR policies that align with the company's overall goals and values.

Responsible for managing employee data, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and compensation information.


Overall, your role as an HR Executive is to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent, maintains positive employee relations, and complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
