Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Office Manager or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
