We are looking for a self-motivated and competent Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

qualifications:

  • Knowledge in CRM use
  • Excellent written and verbal skill
  • Organized, deadlineoriented
  • Langueges: English (required)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR and Administrative Support.
  • Assign phone call leads
  • Leasing Agreement preparation and tracker.
  • Preparation of different reports such as unit availabilities and pending commissions from both Landlords and Clients.
  • Assist clients with any queries concerning the property, payments, and lease agreement.
  • Assist agents with contract signing and payment handover.
  • Preparation of invoices and payment receipts.
  • Coordinate with other partnered Real Estate companies for unit availabilities.
  • Coordinate with partnered facility management companies and making sure that units are properly organized prior to handover with clients.
Contract length: 12 months

Expected Start Date: 11/1/2021
