  • Support the delivery of theCommercial management plan for the Onshore Project. Responsible forproviding technical, commercial and functional direction related toall aspects of overall Claims Avoidance and Management, includingthe formulation and administration of strategies, associatedgovernance, claims register, internal position papers, Companyposition papers, health checks and case files, and coordinatingoverall project responses in relation to the Contract (LNGFacilities).
  • Liaise with project team personnelin technical and functional guidance on contract management.Maintain contact with other Management personnel and FunctionalManagers.

JobResponsibilities

  • Implementand support compliance with Claims Avoidance and ManagementProcedure.
  • Support the Project Onshore Head ofClaims in the management, evaluation and planning of claimsavoidance and commercial management and provide input into materialrequired for the LNG Major Projects organization, includingin-depth assessments and actionableanalysis.
  • Work with Delay analysts to conductdelay analyses required to support Company positioning in terms ofresponse strategies to potential or active claims as the case maybe.
  • Carry out Contract Entitlement Assessmentsand liaise with Legal to ensure alignment on assessmentoutcome.
  • Develop Internal and Company PositionPapers along with associated engagements with respective issuestakeholders to drive alignment and unity inresponse.
  • Support Head of Claims to driveoverall unified approach to common claims across EPCs enabling fairtreatment, avoid precedent setting but also unifying the approachto all common claims.
  • Support the developmentof Post-Award Contract Management Strategies and Scenarios forEPC-1 Project.
  • Able to work in a highly visibleproject environment with large capital expenditures and significantschedule execution pressures, as well as within a dynamic team thathas high expectations for flawless project execution in safety,quality, cost and schedule performance, requiring the incumbent todemonstrate accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-task asessential skills.
