Duties & Responsibilities:


He/she will establish, leverage, and support the creation of a talent pipeline with Colleges and Universities and provide comprehensive source of global talent supply and demand data, predictive analytics and insights into real-time job markets.


Other responsibilities include to review and propose compensation amendments pertaining to promotions, salary adjustments and perform job analysis and evaluation as per the approved system of UDST.


Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, HR or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment or related field

Language:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English language is required

Other Required Skills:

Ambitious and self motivated team player with a high standard of professional integrity. Good knowledge & understanding of Workforce Planning, Strategic Human Capital Management, Talent Development & Organizational Development. A proactive can-do attitude to work and good time management skills are essential.

Reliable and dependable with a desire to lead by example and an ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organization is required to be successful in this role.

A commitment to ongoing training and continuous professional development is desirable.
