Help the Company meet legislative goals bycreating policy proposals and working with government agencies andemployees to manage and control the process of all activities thatare related to the Government offices, visas andlicenses.

Assure that responsibilities areexecuted in a timely manner and provide the management team withefficient reports that highlights opportunities and avoidobstacles.

Ambassador of the company'swellness and sustainability culture promote its awareness amongstteam members by leading by example and develop activities andprograms that consistently embrace and reflect thecompany'sculture.

PrimaryResponsibilities

  • Managesthe immigration process for all employees and visitors. Thisincludes visa acquisitions, blood typing, medical healthscreenings, and fingerprinting.
  • Provide Arabictranslation services and on-call services for traffic violations,arrests, incarcerations and trafficaccidents.
  • Provide counsel and recommendationsto upper administration when Qatar law and customs are involved.Point of contact with Qatar foundation for problem solving andexpediting immigration concerns.
  • Responsiblefor the acquisition of residential housing through successfulnegotiations; financial and technical.
  • Manage,plan, and oversee the contracting for utility installation andprofessional services for housing.
  • Maintaineffective communication with all levels of theorganization.
  • Develop and maintain effectiverelationships with government offices, colleagues andmanagers.
  • Promote a friendly, dynamic andcollaborative work environment that includes, open communication,teamwork, participation, trust, respect, professionalism andfun.
  • Attend and participate in meetings andcommittees as required.
  • Work towards exceedingcompany's business targets.
  • Take apositive and resourceful approach to everyproject.
  • Maintain effective communication withall levels of the organization.
  • Develop andmaintain effective relationships with government offices,colleagues and managers.
  • Promote a friendly,dynamic and collaborative work environment that includes, opencommunication, teamwork, participation, trust, respect,professionalism and fun.
  • Attend and participatein meetings and committees as required.
  • Worktowards exceeding company's businesstargets.
  • Take a positive and resourcefulapproach to every project.
  • Manage the allocatedpetty cash expenditure through maintaining original receipts andthrough timely preparation of expensereport.
  • Process government transactions andorganize visits to government agencies in an efficient and timelymanner to minimize cost and avoid penalties and additionalfees.
  • Establish and maintain productive workingrelationships with key and operational government officesincluding: Ministry of Interior, Municipality, Ministry of Economyand Commerce, Ministry of Business and Trade, Consumer ProtectionDepartment, Customs, Airport Authorities and other Ministries andagencies, in order to assist with the efficient processing andapproval of requests andformalities.
