  • The ability to fill all reasonablein-house guest requests or requirements; anticipate needs, respondto all guest complaints, record such in a timely manner, and takeaction when needed.
  • The ability to executetasks for residents in accordance with procedures, with an emphasison accuracy and proper follow-up.
  • Works withguests pre arrival and in house to ascertain preferences andprovide insightful recommendations.
  • Conductspre arrival process to contact all future guests to arrangeservices including but not limited shipping packages, variousTransportation methods, and researching different vendors andservice providers.
  • Processes packages, faxes,messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or in coming in anaccurate and timely manner
  • Handles all guestinteractions with the highest level of hospitality andprofessionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries inconnection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotelpersonnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guestrequests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guestwill be in person, phone, FS Chat and byemail.
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, andmail which may be either by outgoing or incoming in an accurate andtimely manner.
  • Communicate with internalpersonnel and departments via radio, Hotsos and phones. Chat guestsvia messenger application and utilize Four Seasons guestrecognition program. Concierge system to track all requests andOpera to ensure proper billing.
  • Assure thatdesk collateral and information for restaurants, activities,attractions, maps and other local attractions are updated andcurrent. Knows what activities are available in the Valley andestablish close contacts with vendors in these areas in order toprovide information, ticketing and reservations forguests.
  • Assists with responsibilities andduties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of GuestServices, lobby coverage and phone coverage forCore.
