Main Purpose of the Role
###
Key Responsibilities
- *HR Management:

  • Handle the HR department such as managing employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- *Procurement Support:

  • Assist in the procurement process by liaising with vendors, obtaining quotes, comparing prices and quality of new suppliers, and finalizing goods.
  • Arrange shipments and coordinate logistics activities.
- *Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
