FlexibleIntroduction to the Role: Passionate about connecting top talentwith exciting opportunities? As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator,you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitmentprocess, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Working closelywith seasoned professionals, you'll leverage your expertiseto coordinate interviews, manage candidate databases, andfacilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiringmanagers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screencandidates through various channels, including job boards andsocial media platforms, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, managingmultiple calendars and ensuring a smooth and efficient process forcandidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate andup-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metricsusing our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborateclosely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs andsupport them in achieving their recruitment goals.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process,providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidateexperience.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitmentstrategies and initiatives to attract top talent and enhance ouremployer brand.
