Job Overview:

Key Result Areas:

  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business alliances to expand our reach.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and catering opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into profitable business deals.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the unique value proposition of our restaurant.
  • Cultivate relationships and maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending action plans.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brandbuilding initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with market trends.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to identify menu enhancements, promotions, and special offerings that will attract new customers and increase customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably within the restaurant industry. Excellent skills in communication and capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
