To develop, implement and manage planned andreactive activities so as to ensure the 24/7/365 safe, coordinatedand optimized delivery of all Facilities Management (FM) servicesacross the designated areas.

This will include but not be limitedto building finishes, MEP engineering, utilities, cleaning,infrastructure, landscaping, operational health & safetyand security. Work closely with AM and TCAD staff to developservice requirements, implement and continuously improve the same.
With AM and TCAD staff, develop, prepare and submit detailed FMResidential and Retail budgets. Staff administration, performancemanagement (PMP), mentoring and development.

Provide reactiveresponse, repair and maintenance services to Residential/Retailowners / tenants during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) as perthe agreed-to scope.

Provide reactive response, repair andmaintenance services to unsold / unoccupied UDC-owned properties asper the agreed-to scope. Work closely with the TPOC and TCAD andtheir nominated FM contractors. Participate in the constructionhandover process from E&C / DAR. Effectively deal with allMC Residential and Retail areas day-to-day FM operational issues asper the agreed-to scope.

In conjunction with the ProcurementDepartment and O&M Manager, participate and assist in thepreparation of maintenance service contracts and their subsequentmobilization and implementation Performance manage allsubcontractors and other service providers ensuring that theprescribed service levels are consistently met Provide servicelevel and asset performance reporting across all areas ofresponsibility utilizing Integrated Work Management System (IWMS).Ensure the optimization of energy usage across all plant andequipment throughout all MC Residential and Retail areas as per theagreed-to scope, and promote general energy consciousness andeducation.

Job Category Administration & Secretarial Degreequalified in a subject relevant to Facilities Management e.g.engineering or architecture. Membership of a relevant professionalbody or institution is preferred. An additional business-relatedqualification will be well regarded. Significant relevantexperience in a TPQ-comparable facilities management, sitemanagement or operations management environment. Strong customerservice and relationship building skills. Good manager of people ina multi-cultural environment. Must be a proactive self starter with'energy' and a 'can do'attitude – focused on outcomes. Fluency in spoken Englishwith superior report writing and presentation skills. Strong Clientand contractor management skills with willingness to mentor anddevelop contractors.

Must be technically strong and be able toprovide guidance in at least one FM discipline Good understandingof international standards on building services and FM.

Ability toread, analyze and interpret procurement service contracts.
