Welcome guests, clients, and employees and notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.

  • Manage and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Take messages and provide basic information to callers.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, employees, or management. Maintain appointment calendars and ensure timely reminders.
  • Enter data into the organization's systems, such as contact information, visitor logs, and appointment records.
  • Support in new employee onboarding activities and related documents
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Assist in HR and Admin activities such as documents and letter preparation, event and team building activities.
  • Coordinate and manage the MD's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare pertaining expense reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and board meetings.
  • Record meeting minutes when required.

Pay:
QAR3, QAR4,500.00 per month
